Public Speaking Workshop by The Actor Rebellion

On Saturday 21 March we will be hosting The Actor Rebellion for a full day course on Public Speaking and Storytelling in the Ashworth Centre, Lincoln’s Inn.

The Actor Rebellion has been providing actor training since 2010 and has built a reputation as a centre of excellence in the South of England. Lincoln’s Inn has worked with them for a number of years to provide training to our members.

This workshop is focused on ‘Public Speaking and Storytelling’ and will help you to:

  • Learn to use your vocal tone, articulation, rhythm and resonance to give words clarity and enhance their meaning.
  • Use your body language, movement, gesture and stillness to shape how the audience feel about you and the story you’re telling.
  • Look beyond what you are saying, and consider how you say it through physical delivery.
  • Improve authenticity in public speaking by using rehearsal to stay out of your own head.
